Our free airing of the Value-Added Summit occurs December 1-2-3-4, 2022. If you want to have access beyond that time, you have the option to purchase the entire summit for lifetime access (All Access Pass). This allows you to view the summit sessions at your pace and have replays for whenever you need them in the future. The countdown clock on emails relates to the opportunity to purchase this All Access Pass for a particular pricing. This is not required, only an option.
How will this apply to me in a different region since regulations differ?
Although regulations vary by each city, state, county, and country, there is still a wealth of knowledge to be gained from these experts on value-added. During the summit, you will learn the principles that food safety folks are worried about. These are the same principles, though there can be very specific individual rules. But if you follow the principles, you’ll be 95% of the way there. We recommend you sign up for this free viewing weekend and take what you can from it! Enjoy!
What is the schedule of the summit? Do I need to watch it live? When does it start?
Each day's viewing starts at 6 am EST and is available for 24 hours from that point. Most sessions are pre-recorded to allow you to view within your schedule that day. Once registered, you'll receive emails with links and times for live events.
